I'm not really certain on this issue. Most laws prevent that b/c of the youthful experiences of your age. To be sure your parents or legal guardians would have to be involved. If, however, this Q is really about some guy who wants into your undies, and he's told you he'll marry you if you get pregnant. Run to a phone and CALL THE POLICE!!

u can be engaged until u get over 16, but in the US, u can't marry a 12 year old., apparently u sound young, so i suggest u forget the marriage talk and go watch cartoons or something.

No of course not!! Can you support yourself at age 12? Find a job, a home? No. In most states its 18, but it should be 25.
