it depends how far along you are. Check with your doctor or pharmacist. Tylenol is usually safe but you need their opinion.
You can use Mentholatum on your forehead and temples, careful wit the eyes. And an icepack wrapped in a towel might work, 5 min on -5 min off.

Tylenol is okay. Advil (motrin, ibuprofen) is not.

You can also take benadryl if it's sinus related.

But you really should ask your doctor rather than a bunch of strangers on the internet. Your doctor can also prescribe something stronger, if necessary.

Headaches can be a sign of preeclampsia, so this is definitely something you should discuss with your OB.

You can not take anything when you are preg. you will have a miscarriage.

i took tylenol when i was pregnant for my kids, but you should always check with your dr. before taking anything that might harm the fetus.
