You can't until you get him in bed. And when he sees you lying there uncovered, and wanting an intimate relationship so bad you can't stand it, and he removes his clothes, if he is a virgin 95% will ejucaulate the minute he sees your nude body.

You just have to ask and hope he's honest.
Or just screw him and if he doenst know what he's doing then... well yeah.
Seriously though... have a make out session and if he isnt trying to take it farther with you its probably because he hasnt gone farther.
