KY warming lube is probably the best. If you don't have access to personal lubricants which are specifically made for a sexual purpose, then many household products will do the trick. Try the reference site for more info-there is a whole discussion on good lubes.

I prefer Astroglide. Water based, not sticky, only takes a drop and much better than any petroleum based product.
