Honestly I think that there have been times when a new bf does feel some of the anger or frustration from the former bf. Sometimes someone will emotionally scare us. Sometimes we know of these scares, sometimes we don't. We take it out on the unsuspecting victim (new bf) with out intending to do so. I know I have treated a new bf in a way I should not have, recognized that it was because of what someone else did to me in the past. It was a reaction, taught from previous circumstances. I try to apologize for the actions, explain the circumstances and hope we both learn from the experience.

I've been the recipient of paying for someone else's mistakes and it sucks! In addition; I think its cruel to date anyone, if you are not mentally, emotionally, or even physically available. Such actions tend to create ripple affects. Anyone who would disrespect another, because of someone else; illustrates immaturity, self-centeredness, and is stuck on stupid.

No, if someone has that much animosity and anger after getting out of a relationship then I would think that they should sort through that before jumping into another one.

No, if you cannot conduct yourself in a kind, respectful, and mature manner then you have no business dating anyone. There is no excuse for cruelty.
