I haven't started anything yet, so i'm pretty much open to any ideas. I would like to have some music in the background, and a fade in and out kinda thing after each photo.

Powerpoint. Allows you to put in background music, special effects, movies etc...easy to use and experiment with.

Theres a program called Windows Movie Maker which comes with WindowsXP, check in the start menu.

Or use the classic PowerPoint.

i imagine you've gotten used a non-equipment font at school - one which you do not have put in at homestead. What takes position in case you opt for a textual content container and modify it to Arial? If it adjustments to Arial and looks ok, you need to prefer to change each and every of the textual content.

Do you have a Mac?

If so, you can use iMovie to make a very cool slideshow. Check out the tutorial at the link below. It goes into detail on how to make it happen.
