i dont prey on little girls i has sex with a 16 year old..........she told me she was 18 first then she told me she was 16 i am on it for life i have nothing else in my rap sheet but i got life on the offender list. can i get off of it or make it only 10 years i need help

I hear the "i thought she was 18"stuff all the time.in the times we live in you would be wise to ask to see an ID.some of these girls look 18 but are only 13 or 14.You will probably be on that list for many moons due to the mass hysteria surrounding sex cases these days.I personally don't think someone who banged a 16 year old should be on some list unless you are 40,then that would be kinda sick.These lists are getting carried away.They should be reserved for predators,which i believe was the original intention,but like anything else that government is involved in,it gets carried way too far.Next thing we know,everyone will know that their neighbor stole a candy bar when he was a kid.

Where I come from (Germany) I doubt there would be any problem for you unless you were seriously much older...i have ro tell you that in my experience sixteen is old enough to decide whether one wants to have sex or not...dont know how to get off it but I personally dont think ur a pedophile or anything...
