Hmm, there's a lot of them, but here's a few that stuck out:
Sergeant Major, Gregory McGregor, Faitele Faitele, Mister Mister, Candy Barr, Sewen Bonem, Willy Whacker (actual name William, he preferred Bill) and race car driver Dick Trickle!
All of those are real, you'll have to trust me on that.

There's a site somewhere with a big list, I can only ever remember a few. My favourite is a really obvious one, I could barely believe that there was actually a man called Dick Head.
