No, but it does have a high calorie count, so if you're on a strict diet you'll want to be carefull how much you swallow. Also, make him eat pineapple to make it less bitter.

No it can't hurt you....I always swallow my boyfriends cream...as a matter of fact, when I shoot in my wife's mouth, she loves to swallow part of it, then kiss me and share it with me...something that I've started doing now with my boyfriend....who she doesn't know about by the way......

first did i read cream? do you mean you had to use extra lube due to dry mouth? if so it should not be harmful. secondly if your calling his semen cream, well never mind, above your head i'm sure, no its not, ITS WHAT HELPS CREATE BABIES
