If you are asking if its illegal for public sex As long as you dont disturb others it shouldnt be illegal. Having sex in a park in daylight would be completely legal but you cant do it in a boat because other people might get affected because of the rocking motion and the boat might capsize. You can have sex inside a bus while travel but you cant have it in the middle of the road because you will then be blocking traffic movements of others..

I did it at Lake Powell up on the rocks where the boats going by could see us. It was pretty cool, and we were high enough up that nobody could really see what was going on. Unless they had binoculars I guess, in which case someone may have gotten a good show.
