NO, because people will just get their music from Torrents, and the sites that host them are very scrutinous and filter out all the bogus files with a quickness.

When I want a song from eMule, I arrange the search results by popularity (number of sources). People delete the dummies and keep the good ones; therefore, the most widespread and popular files are nearly always legitimate. Besides, I download at least 3 different versions at once if possible, to make sure I'm not stuck with one that has an error or dead space in it. Even if I do get a dummy, it doesn't really inconvenience me. I ditch it as soon as I realize I have it.
