It's a prenuptial agreement, meaning before you take vows. It states in advance what each person will give to the other or not give in case of divorce. Mostly wealthy people have them, but if you want to protect your assets (car, jewelry etc) you can have one drawn up anyway.

I'm guessing it's an agreement they make before they take a nap together?
Or do you mean a pre-nup? It's a legally binding agreement both future spouses sign before they get married that deals with how the assets are to be handled in case of separation and divorce.

A legal contract agreed by both the future wife and husband about how assets brought to the relationship before it joined in marrage will be split. This can also apply to debts. Any assets obtained while in marraige will probably be split in half or according to the will of the document. This is mainly for someone who enters into marriage with more property and assets than the other. It protects from "golddiggers" in a sense. Some need lawyers to do but some do not. But all of them have to be witnessed while both parties sign.

They go to an attorney and get an official document to take a nap before they get married.
It is called a pre-marital agreement. I it done through an attorney. They both agree that the assets brought into the marriage will not be fought over in court if a divorce should happen in the future.

a prenap? don't know. a prenup is an agreement to take out of the marriage what you brought into it for example lets say you marry someone with a million dollars and you only have two dollars if you have a prenup you get none of that million should you divorce and he/she gets none of your two dollars.

It's an agreement that if one of them wakes up early from the nap they won't disturb the other one until the tea and biscuits are ready.

Think you mean a pre-nup, short for pre-nutial, before the wedding, its a written contract done to decide who gets what when they divorce, a bit of a downer to do before you get married, in my books it would be doomed if someone insisted on that being signed
