Lisa Mitchell - She's a 16 year old singer/songwriter from Australia who nobody really know yet. (She's a contestant on Australian Idol 4) I love her because she has an incredibly unique sound and her writing is AMAZING, even at this early stage in her career. She will be know here and should be as big as Avril Lavigne or Alanis Morissette. I have to say that half of the appeal of this kid is that I get to see it happen. It will be a fun ride. :)

Les Savy Fav because they aren't afraid of being different, their music can be experimental and unique, and their lyrics are pure gold - they clearly have a great sense of humor. they aren't wussy like a lot of other bands out there, and more than anything, they rock when you see them live, the lead singer goes insane on the stage and will do some crazy shiznit.

Nirvana- kurt cobain unknowingly brough real rock back into the public eye with great music, which is a remarkable achievement in itself. The music is well mixed on record, and live they had a lot of energy.
