in my opinion, italy should not have one. they're such cheaters. it should've been france or brasil, mebbe even america could've won if they didnt get 3 red cards in one game cuz of the damn italian cheaters. i was rooting for france all the way, idc what they say, to me, france one. Zidane headbutted that douche, and that totally pwns xD

I was initially rooting for the Italy then I saw what happened and with Zidane and why he head butted that Italian jerk. He must have said something really degrading to Zidane to do that to him. I'm a man and I can totally understand why in the heat of competition you can only take so much of abuse from anyone, especially if they're making fun of your manhood. So yes, I think France should've won. I will not support Italy ever again!

In my opinion France didn't deserve to even get to the finals. They're such cheaters and they dived to get 2 penalty shots. Talk about luck. The only reason they made it was cause of Zidane and that's called a one man team, why don't they just screw the other players and there's france. Football is sopposed to be about a team not a one man team, so my opinion is now zidane's gone there not going to get far. France was a disgrace.

Italy did not cheat more than any other team, although they were expected to in the wake of the match fixing scandal. Indeed, they were surprisingly fair apart from a couple of blemishes.------I also think that they were extremely well-organized, and organization is what wins tournaments these days, as the Greeks demonstrated in the European Championships.------So they deserved their success, especially as France had every chance but failed to take it.------ As for Zidane, he should have saved his head-butting until the final whistle.------As for you, you should definitely save your own emotional energy for important things such as love, peace, and spreading happiness in the world!-----Best wishes, and please be cool. your opinion is wrong! Italy did not dive or cheat any more than any of the other (european) teams! The rules are the rules, they won the most matches and finnished off France in the final, due to an unproffessional act by a once great player who was clearly out of his depth and did not have the respect for his Sport, himself or his nation to retire with grace!
Stop whining, there is another 1 in 4 years you know!

I wanted Brazil 2 win, i was sure Germany would of won. I WAS SO POSITIVE, i was going around, saying "germany's got it", but apparently, they got a little lazy at their game against Italy. it was horrible. i was so excited for the penalty, until that stupid italian player scored! Portugal and France had a chance 2.

France should have won. It would have been the perfect ending for Zidane and other veteran players. America had no shot anyhow. They had the toughest group of anyone. It would have been super hard to come out in 1st or 2nd

italy's attitude in the worl cup games was unexceptable. they talked a lot of trash to other players and even made a couple bleed. they had no heart towards the game. the team that should have won is brasil. they had the perfect lineup and experience. i dont know what went wrong. it was just one of those days. what happened to zidane was also a tragedy but he had to do what he had to do and i forgive him.

France! There is no team that deserved to win more than France. After France would be Germany, for they were fantastic too and just had bad luck to lose like that in the last two minutes of overtime. But, yes France should have won the entire tournament, Zidane is the best!
