are we goin on the right path of increasing bias towards a capitalistic approach to the problems of the indain economy?

to decrease the wage gap in India the first things is to implement a public policy that is similar to the minimum wage. the next thing is education. If you feed a man he eats for one day if you teach him how to fish he eats for a life time. Encourage small business and let women out of the homes to help produce something other than the next generation of laborer

How is this a problem? The poor are poor because they are poor. The solution lies in actually promoting more capitalism. There shouldnt be no Government subsidies . Everybody should pay for what they use. (that means there is no free electricity either). At the same time the economy must be fully liberalized (not protectionism) so consumer has full choice to buy a product from America if he wants to without needing to pay one paisa as customs duty..

Limit family size and compulsory education for all. Smaller families and education can go a long way to precipitate economic mobility.
