Wow you are one skinny dude. Well the best way to do it would be to work out. Do low reps and high weights and you should add some bulk. Also try to get one gram of protein for each pound of your body weight (you weight about 108 lbs, so try to get 108 g of protein). You shouldn't focus on the look of your body though; focus on your health and ability instead.

1. Exercise frequently. Do it at your own pace and don't overdo it.
2. Get a trainer. Certain muscles require specific exercise to develop. Perhaps a trainer might help you out.
3. Manage you diet properly. Eat a balanced diet. You should consult a doctor first if you would like to take supplements.
4. Go vegetarian. As far as I can see, many vegetarians are big sized. I am quite doubtful about this tip but it's woth a try, right? :)
5. Swimming tones your body to a good figure. You might want to try swimming frequently.
Last but not least.....Determination. You need to be determined to achieve sucess. Good Luck!

Dear CHirag,
The best way to be muscular is to simply eat food which is high in Fat content. Then when you've increased by some 15 kgs, go to the gym. It really helps... If you don't trust me then you 've totally become a loser , if you do then please do as I say, This is'nt to get 10 points but, when I read that you are 20 yrs old and only 49 kg , then I was astonished as you are underweight,Do something fast or you won't get immunity against certain diseases.

Age will put weight on you. When you are in your 40s and still looking slender, while all those young buff guys turned to fat old men, you will appreciate your thin body! So will the women by the way!

You have to get your diet in order and incorporate strength training into your schedule. Instead of going out and buying a book, go to the Mens Health website (http://www.menshealth.com), click on the "Discussions" link, and check out the boards on Diet and Fitness. You can do a search by the keywords "clean eating" for your diet, and a word search for "HGM" or "Home Grown Muscle Workout" will give you a great strength training program. Good luck!
