I don't think my wife can have children because we have been trying for four years unsuccessfully... I don't care because she makes me happy and I don't need children to be happy (although i would love to have at least one)... My wife is all I need.

I'm 25, but that's close enough to 30 as I can get right now. If I was about to marry a woman and found out later that she couldn't have kids even though I wanted kids? That wouldn't stop me from marrying her, because I love her so much to wanna marry her in the first place and kids are something that can come along in a different way, like adoption for example. As long as I get to spend the rest of my life with the woman I've sworn to love for all of eternity, then I'm happy even if she couldn't have kids. I'll make sure I keep her happy and both our minds off of conceiving babies.

I would actually like to find stuff out like that before I was to get married. Telling after I've proposed probably isn't the best way to do it.

Honestly, if I love and am in love with someone and want to spend the rest of my life with them, then it wouldn't really bother me. I tend to be on the fence regarding children anyway, plus there's always adoption.

I would jump at the chance to marry a woman who couldn't have babies (at that age). Love doesn't know about progeny. You'll find the right guy and if you decide to have children, there are a lot of adoption options. Best wishes.

Yes, that would be a factor. But, many people late 20's + want NO children. I can only speak for myself, but IF I loved a woman, her reproductive ability wouldn't keep me from marrying her. Relax, you will meet the person for you. Heck, you can always adopt, if you wish to have kids.

I would still marry her, but it would bother me that she wasn't upfront with me from the beginning. There are lots of children that need good homes, and if my wife and I couldn't have children, I would have adopted some.

It really sounds like you are beating yourself up, stop doing that. Life is too short to go day to day not liking yourself. I'm sure you are a wonderful person, and there are plenty of guys looking for girls who are kind and thoughtful and not gold diggers.

Good luck

*Chuckles* Hun, its not that bad really!

You want to be a hero? Consider this- any moron- and most morons have- have had kids.

YOU can do the world a favor and adopt a few children!

My Siser in Law can't have kids due to diabeties- so they've adopted one Chinese Kid, and the next one on order is going to be from Thailand- I said they're like Poke'mon cards and you've gotta collect'em all- so they need to get one from Viet Nam, one from Cambodia, one from Laos,,,,

I can say this because I'm the uncle thats why! :D

it depends what the man wants from the marriage. I personally got married to have kids, so if I knew before we got married I don't think so, But if it was something that happened after we got married like cancer or somefink like that, I would stay with her and consider maybe adopting.
