I assume you don't want a stupid answer (see some of the other replies if you do).
I would make it illegal for a political candidate in the USA to accept any donation greater than $1000 from a single individual or corporate entity. This is the law in Canada. It would take control of the electoral process out of the hands of rich corporations and give the people an opportunity to select the candidates.
The amount of democracy a country has is in inverse ratio to the amount of money given to candidates, in other words, you can't buy a fair election.

I would like to make a law that if you harm a child in any way shape or form, that the parents or the next closest relative of the child gets to pick your punishment.

why is it up to the government if we go to war, why does the country not take a vote on it like in a presidential election, that would make this country a true democracy, that would be the law that i would like to make

One law where people see a persons honest hearted try at helping them see a good thing and not pick at his poor writing skills and take serious note of what he is trying to say even if he is not well skilled in writing.
People need to take serious note that paid clergy are not god's and are willing to sell you on their own will and ideas not that of God's good will. And people get hurt by them if they blind themselves to that fact. A law that will allow us to expose counterfeit paid clergy would be a good law.

Compulsory sex education classes which run for a long period of time. Those who don't attend and then get pregnant NEVER get any government funding. You make the baby, look after it yourself.
I get so sick and tired of working and having my tax dollars support these teenage mums with a couple of kids.

people could only get financial medicaid and welfare for a limited amount of time. And their PARENTS have to be citizens in order to receive aid.
