Okay, well when I get up in the morning I can barely walk down the stairs because I am dizzy and I hae a lot of discharge. I'm not PMS'ing and I haven't had sex in nine months because of my twins. What could it be?

Could be an infection. Iron deficiency, low blood pressure, malnutrition, lack of sleep, hemmorhage. regardless of what it might be, you need to find out what it is. See a doctor.

I don't know what kind of discharge you're talking about... so a doctor might be more helpful there, but the dizziness is not a good thing.
It could be a lot of things. If you're losing a lot of blood see a doc.
It doesn't sound like it, but if the dizziness is the kind where everything spins, you might look into finding out about meniere's disease and lowering your salt intake (like anything that has salt in it not just added salt)
Yeah I hate it when people answer to every health question with "you should see a doctor", but in this case, I'm afraid that I would say the same thing. I hope it's nothing major. take care.

You should see a doctor. You have have an infection, and the dizziness could be a result of you having a fever.

when you say that you are discharging, are you discharging blood? if that is the case, your blood count is probably low. perhpas you could have low iron too, that can cuase dizziness. in either case, you should consult a doctor on this, he will be able to give you the best answer. good luck

Sounds like you need to consult a doctor! Your babies need your full attention!

As for the dizziness, it could be a number of things...chronic insomnia, anemia, vertigo, etc.

I agree with everyone else - you need to see a doctor. You probably just have an infection, but you'll need something to clear it up. Rest when you can, and take care of yourself.
