Spyware from yahoo?

this stupid box keeps coming up saying Ive been to adult site( NO crap ) and I need to scan when I dont. grrrrrrrr
is yahoo trying to put spyware on me! ?

Yahoo doesn't put spyware on....but dirty sites do.
