Hi..
"The value of the relationship is proportional to the effort the people put into it..." You can certainly have great short-term relationships, but there are experiences you're highly unlikely to get as long as the relationships stay short-term....
>>>>>
I don't believe in "meant" as in determined by some outside force.... I believe that most of what determines whether two people stay together comes from how they "interact", with one another.... Some outside forces do shape that, but there's no "meant" about it.... ;D
>>>>
My regards! .. and thanks, for the question! ;)

Being the hopeless romantic, I'd like to=)
But seriously, who're we kidding?
Although some beg to differ & say they are each other's soulmates, in reality a relationship is a constant work in progress.
Nothing lasts forever that's for sure.
Even couples who build a life together for 20 years file for divorce so what conclusion is to be made of that?!
Mostly I think we're bombarded with idealistic/ fantasy romance via the media & fairytales.

It's clear. I think that everyone has a match for them. But I have doubts because they could be living on the other half of the world. But some people may get lucky and find their true love. I think there are also compatible people that are great together, which is what is most likely found. But there could be someone that is on your minds EVERY second of the day. I dream of finding him for me!

YES! When my husband and I first met, there were many people and circumstances that prevented us from getting to know one another. It seemed that fate stepped in and kept throwing us together. And we've been together for 17 years! BTW-everyone who tried to keep us apart fell out of our circle and suffered numerous breakups.

No. It is an unrealistic romantic idea.

I think there are people who are meant to be with types of other people.
I don't believe that there is only one true partner for everyone.

i don't know but i have met some people that i thought deserved one another, hehe
seriously, my husband and i both think that we could have made it work with just about anyone, easy to get along with, both us are.
but i don't know sometimes it works sometimes it just doesn't, i don't think there really is any magic to it.
