Memorize a word from the dictionary everyday. Or read an Encyclopedia article.

I do the same thing. Everyday, when I turn on the computer, my goole page has a "word of the day". I love to read the definition and add that word to my vocabulary.

Here is today's: Newman's Own Wheat-Free cookies (in the health food section) actually contain wheat...no joke...it's right there on the package.

I read the dictionary and learn a new word and apply it throughout the day. or encyclopedia is a good start. I really like to read its good for you it helps me relieve stress and escape.
