You can apparently make a Blues Clues Costume really easily:

Wear a light blue sweat suit. Make a blue Dog Ear Headband to wear. Cut different sized circles out of dark blue felt. Use tacky glue to attach your spots all over your sweat suit. Use felt or even construction paper and cut out a short tail; use a safety pin and attach it to the back of your sweat pants. Use black eye liner or face paint and make yourself a black nose to complete your costume.

I would say it would also be really easy to be the guy who is in blues clues. Find a green striped shirt and some khaki pants- maybe with a brown haired wig and you're good to go!

I found one website for an ADULT sized costume here:

Check the yellow pages for costume rentals. There's bound to be at least one shop in your area. Do you want to be Blue or Joe/Steve? YOu could also try your hand at sewing it. This is the perfect time of year to shop for costume patterns at the local fabric store. Even Walmart has a decent selection of patterns and fabrics. If you aren't handy with a machine, or don't have one, you can use iron-on seam tape, or even fabric glue, to put the outfit together... Good Luck!

I have no idea where you can find the costume, but I want to grin and say that you must be one heck of a good sport! My granddaughter would be impressed but good!
