Some guys I have said "No" to doesn't understand that it means No. Never, don't want to, etc....

Oh they understand... but sometimes their brain doesn't engage that you really mean it. Just keep saying no when you feel the need, and you'll find when they get to be in their early 30's they start to understand. :)

Hey, probably the feeling is that if they ask more times, they may wear you down so you would just say "Yes". It's like asking your parents for something when you were a kid...keep asking until they say "yes".

Guys are guys. We are driven. It is the reason the species survived. Of course, we try to be civilized now. I suggest "No", then "No dammit", then a slap in the face.
