I wished that I could have some good fortune on the gee gees.
So I checked out the runners and riders in the local paper and to my amazement there was a horse called FIVE, running in the 5 'o clock. It was the fifth race of the day with odds of 5/1. Well I bet £5 on him and forgot all about it. The next day I remembered about placing my bet, I checked the papers and guess what, the bugger came in fifth!

I sometimes wished and I still wish to be in more than three different places at the same time but it never became true. But I haven't lost my hope yet. Perhaps somewhere out there someone will hear my wish and somehow fulfil it.

I have gotten a real bad taste of " Be careful what you wish for." . I had begun by wishing that I would get a dad, I did, scared of him though. Then I had wished for a brother or sister, I did, and only one of the "three" brothers I have I get along with. Yeesh!!! Its been 5 years since I made a wish, never makin one again!! LOL

Yep, have made lots of wishes and some came true some didn't, but definitely - be careful what you wish for, sometimes things happen for a reason so if you don't get something you think you really want at the time it just might be a blessing in disguise...................... and sometimes it's just a p*sser - that's life.

I don't usually wish,I pray more,but the last time I wished was today for some people to have a safe and happy week-end it was a card.

I wished that would get a laptop and got one and I wished I could have some more money and the nex day I found a £5 on the floor.

Yes.
An old boyfriend treated me like crap. After he dumped me for someone younger, I wished something bad would happen to make him realise what a rat he was. Last I heard, just as he was about to dump the other girl, he found out she was pregnant. He stayed with her out of guilt and now he feels trapped in a relationship he doesn't want!
Never mind, I'm getting married to a real man next year!

Yes, last week and it came true, I wished for my dog to be free from lymphoma cancer when her biopsy results came back and thankfully she is, you just have to wish hard and have faith.
