Ginuwine's fifth and latest album, Back II Da Basics, was released on November 15, 2005. The album debuted at number 12 on the Billboard 200, selling close to 80,000 copies.
Ginuwine married rapper Sole (born Tonya Johnston) on September 8, 2003 in Mexico. The couple have two daughters together, Story and Dream. Sole has two daughters, De'jan and Cypress, from a previous relationship. Ginuwine also has a son, Elgin Jr., Ginel and Kayah from a previous relationship.
November, 23 1999 Ginuwine collaborate with Nas on the album titled Nastradamus the track U Owe Me (Produced by Timbaland)
2002 Ginuwine was featured on a Fat Joe single Crush Tonigh#77 US
April, 11 2006 Ginuwine is set to guest appear on LL Cool J’s upcoming album Todd Smith on a track labeled "Ooh Wee" (Produced by Scott Storch)
Ginuwine will be making a guest appearance on Method Man's upcoming Album titled 4:21: The Day After, which will be released on August 29, 2006 in a track called "Let's Ride" Featuring Ginuwine

No, he hasn't retired. He hasn't made enough money to retire. His last cd Back II Da Basics just didn't sell as well as hoped. That cd dropped in 2005. Expect to see him soon. Probably 2007. You know how they do it...they go a hiatus and then come back in a year or 2 with something new. Until then, enjoy his classics like My Pony, Differences, Stingy, In Those Jeans, etc.

I don't think so. Right now I know he has a album coming out. There's not alot of promoting going on with the album, like they would do for T.I or Mary J. Blige. Anyway, he's still fine, he makes good music. I wish he would hook back up with Timbo. Things would be a lot better.
