that jumping boost is a little to much. your legs especially your calves will get much stronger but your stamina will be the thing that is most affected, not your vertical jump.

well jumping rope will help you to have less fat on your body and your legs will get stronger so you will have a better chance of jumping slightly higher. I doubt that you would jump 10 inches higher than you already do but definitely higher.

no you won't.... I have like a 35" vertical and I know you can't do that stuff.. It might improve your stamina and give you maybe an inch or two, but what you need to do is actually do jumping drills and lift weights... That is what will make you jump higher.

yes it does bcuz I jumprope for 2 hours straight everyday and I jump like lebron .
