I had that problem try opening your cover for about an hour and they go away unless there from your fish some fish make bubbles when there nesting if that's the case they wont go away until your fish have had little fisheys
Oh when you leave your top open make shure you don't have any jumpers that could be very bad
After a few days of opening the top to let the bubbles dissipate they will stop forming you can by chemicals to stop the bubbles but will kill fish

There is a protein layer at the top of the water, and this will happen in both fresh- and saltwater tanks, although it's much more noticeable in saltwater tanks since protein is more apt to "salt out of solution." For saltwater tanks, a protein-skimming filter is used. For freshwater tanks, you can use a bubbling airstone to make the protein bubbles less noticeable. Good luck with your aquarium.

As the guy said above. If you have some male fish that are kind of flat yet big make them. Thats the eisiest explanation of the bubble layer type fish that i could think of.

Just leave them and you may be lucky to get some fry, or let the guys horny season pass

If your fish is a beta, then those bubbles are a sign of good health, I THINK (don't take my word on it, I just know its a good sign) that it means that your beta is happy... (They're called bubblenests, by your description...)

you either have a fish blowing bubbles for breeding, or you have to much air from air pump.
