There are a couple of campgrounds in Niagara Falls. The closest one to the Falls is probally Jellystone or King Waldorf's, as the other 2 readers said there are some farther up on Lundy's Lane and Shalimar is actually in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

My choice would be the Campark, they have cabins that you can rent if you so chose, the Niagara Transit shuttle also leaves steps from there, there is a store, activities to do, pool, breakfast. Clean.

on Lundys Lane you will find some but farther from the falls then walking distance for sure.
