The site looks like a pop-up ad...Therefore, I wouldn't sign up for anything from it!
It looks bogus/false advertisement!

Exactly what David said.
The terms to receive the gift are that you must complete 3 offers from their sponsors. By the time you've completed the three offers, and paid S&H on everything, you've paid about the product's cost to begin with.
It's only worth it if you are loking into a new credit card, music club, mortage, etc... anyway and you want a bonus for wha tyou would normally do. Also note that the terms of the sponsers offers also are a contract, so you would have to be 18 to legally do them.

Of course note...those "free" gifts are always subject to your "participation" in other offers, which wind up costing you about what just buying the free item would be in the first place.

I think thats a rip, but you can get free samples from the proctor and gamble website.
