Hi. I too am a teacher and find that the staff room at school is a great place to talk about students and exchange ideas. Also, more formal forums such as staff and departmental meetings provide teachers the opportunity to exchange ideas. I personally find that during term time my evenings are occupied by other distractions such as planning, marking and crashing out from sheer exhaustion and I find very little time to surf the net.

[Those people who mistakenly believe we teachers are paid for our six week break should read the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Documents (available on-line at dfes site), where they will find that we are paid to work 1265 hours per annum. Anyone who thinks they can actually do the job competently in this number of hours is a disillusioned soul and needs to change careers NOW. Therefore, although we are paid DURING the holidays we are not paid FOR them.]

As a teacher I also want to share with other teacher. Unfortunately, I am also in search of that group where I could share my ideas and feelings about teaching and learning.

Considering your punctuation, or lack thereof, I sincerely hope you do not teach English! ;-)
It would also be a good time to teach yourself how to use Google!
There are plenty of resources to be found; look outside of Yahoo! Answers - people here have a tendency to be a bit on the saracastic and not-so-helpful side at times.... although I do not know anyone.... you?!

I fully endorse what Vicki 70 has written. For sure , you shall never get the chance to teach my children. Your grammar and sentence construction is appalling !

http://www.proteacher.net has a lot of great bulletin boards to share ideas. There are a lot of teachers conversing on there - asking for pen pals, etc.
