I am using a program that uses pop ups for selections but I constantly am blocked on pop ups and therefore am unable to continue

Right click on Internet Explorer and select Properties, then click on the Privacy tab, the Pop-up blocker selection is at the bottom, unclick the checked box for pop-up blocker and that should do it! Good luck!
