I'd say that depends on what he's saying in these chats. I dont like porn, but I ignore it, and I dont mind if my husband talks to other women (although I do get jealous sometimes, mostly all the time) but I would consider it cheating if he was talking affectionately with these women, or having cyber sex or something.

Looking at porn should not be an issue unless it really offends you. Sit down with him and enjoy it together.
As to the chatting, you did not specify if he is cybering or just some flirting going on.
Chatroom flirting can lead to other things of course. But if you have a really great marraige, he should respect some of your wishes and keep his chatting strictly on the up and up.

porn is not cheating, but chatting, depends to whom they are talking and what are chatting about, that is cheating, what if one day they feel there is so much chemistry they have to meet each other, i think chatting is just the start!!!

i dont think its cheating by looking at porn..talking to girls in a chat..yes i consider that a form of cheating..You should make it clear the way you feel

Everyone looks at porn sometimes... Talking to someone is taking it to a whole new level, tho. Perhaps he's just not as committed to this relationship as you think he is. And if there's no committment - there's no cheating.

Yes, he obviously doesnt want to watch you get naked or talk to you. So he watches porn and talks to women. Yes, he is cheating, but not on the same level as cyber sex or making meeting plans. So if you catch him or you notice your relationship just suking. Then yes, his mind is elsewhere and he's cheating.

Oh honey TALK IS CHEAP and meaningless! Who cares what anyone says....its their actions that speak the truth. Do his actions reflect the way you want to be loved? If they don't then it just ain't working for you. It may be the best he can do as far as love goes, but that doesn't mean you have to accept it. Regardless of his claims if this is not the way you want to be loved....LEAVE because its who he is, you aren't going to change him, he's just going to get better at hiding it and lying about it.
Cheating is anything you wouldn't do with your partner right beside you (if its not right you wouldn't do it with them looking) and/or anything that it wouldn't be ok with you if your partner was doing it (don't expect anyone to put up with anything that you wouldn't put up with yourself).

Talking with other women, well that would depend on the conversation. He is talking dirty? He is talking about intimate things?

My immediate answer is no, but then I realize that it's up to the individual to decide what is cheating and more importantly, what they will put up with. Back to your question, I don't think it's cheating unless you have sex, kiss, or share in an intimate activity you wouldn't want your significant other to see.
