Did you get the managers name? If you have not, then go back and get it. Ask either the manager or someone else for the whole name, and specific postition. Then call this number and complain. Ask for a manager or someone in charge of customer complaints. If this happened and you are completly honest about it, then you should get a response. What did you do with the food, what was it? What day and time? They will ask you questions, and you should know the answers if you expect to get any help. Also knowing the name and bringing it up will force the manager to at least say it was reported. It wont matter that you had some witnesses, cause of course they would bias in any situation. Just say you were there with some friends and when you confronted the manager, she accused you.( which should never happen) 1-800-733-6697.
Good luck!

Things tend to get wrong once in a while..whether its Dennys or any other high profile restaurant. In such cases, you need to talk to the manager on duty and if you do not get an appropriate response, you can always report to the concerned authorities about the maintainance of the premises and the quality of the food. If you get a racist comment, you can also file a report and also if it true that you really have 3 witnesses, you are on a better footing. I wouldn't judge your situation based on what you say alone... and you dint mention if you went higher up about this incident...!! but since you asked, my suggestion is 'Report it to the concerned Food regulation authorities in written form'

Go over her head. Go to the store's assistant or general manager. If she was the general manager, find out her boss's phone number and tell him what happened. Don't mention that you think she was being racist, that won't help or hurt your case.

Depends on if you kept the nails. If so, contact their corporate offices and file a complaint. Also, make sure you have the manager's name handy. Also, if anyone in our party took a pic with their phone, send it. Good luck!

Now why does that make her racist? Let me guess you are black and she is white - you had an 'encounter' so right away she is a racist.
