yes I did get a email about bad little boys...and well now I am thinking about trying this

Yes, any hypochlorite bleach will react vigorously with the DOT-3 and DOT-4 brake fluids, which are polyethylene glycol-based liquids.
I do not recommend standing in the smoke plume downwind if yo try this.
