Fibroid tumours don't move.

The thumps could be an artery pushed up against it or your uterus cramping and squeezing to try and get rid of the fibroid (especially a big one!)

I had many ffibroids interior my uterus, as enormous as length of 20 weeks being pregnant. My indications have been heavy bleeding throughout the time of era, lump in decrease abdomen, weak spot and dizzyness using anemia. I had to take a surgical treatment to get rid of the fibroids. After the surgical treatment the fibroids grew lower back interior of a million twelve months and that i wasn't geting pregnant. there's no shown scientific care to substantiate being pregnant with the fibroids. well-being care expert mentioned 2d time surgical treatment will decrease the prospect of having pregnant. So i attempted typical being pregnant with the fibroids. i'm fortunate, i'm pregnant now ( 26 weeks) with each and all of the extensive fibroids. I have been given pregnant after 22 months of the surgical treatment.

No fibroids doesn't move. However if you are experiencing pain from them, I would suggest that you talk to your doctor to discuss methods of relieving the pain such as surgery, embolization, etc.
