There are a lot of fake homeless people out there.
Where I am, there are four or five who stand on intersection medians with cardboard signs (one has a dog, another a wheelchair). People waiting for the light to change oftne hand them money.
Yet it was documented that none of these guys was homeless, and that they were making on average $300 a day. And pay no taxes. What a scam.
Give them the finger, not a fiver.

Everyone uses someone or something. People that let themselves be taken advantage of shouldn't. When you see homeless people and they beg, buy them food, don't give them money, and encourage them to try things like JobCorp, GoodWill, and the Salvation Army. Churches help people like that as well.
