A bunch of countries have different outposts on Antartica, but no one country actually owns it, primarily because it is uninhabital by man. So if you want to design a flag and stick it in Antartica, let me know, and I'll join you, as long as I get to be president.

The Antarctic Treaty System was activated in 1962, and establishes Antarctica as a scientific preserve, free of military action. It belongs to nobody and to everybody, in a sense.

Its a 'No man's Land' zone and there are portions of regions which are claimed by various countries that I read somewhere though..!! not sure.
