I lost mine from 1979-1981. I think it's possible to contact the examining board & get a copy. But it's a real pain. I've managed without my certificates for 25 years, so I'm not going to bother now - (9 O levels & 2 A levels)

You could try contacting the Examination Board who set the papers of the various subjects you took back then.

Your school at that time may be able to assist you with their addresses.

Like an earlier answer I too have managed after losing my certificates.

The examinations are merely a way of proving you were proficient in those subjects at that time. When working it would soon become apparent to an employer of your standard of education.

I was recently informed by a so-called "Education Assessor", that any Certificates or qualifications more than 5 years old were not worth the paper they were printed on.
