I know that Steelhead are trout that are migrating through saltwater but are there trout that only live in saltwater, also are there any other names for trout in saltwater?

The Steelhead is a migratory strain of the Rainbow Trout species. Occasionally some other species such as the Brown Trout will also migrate to sea, but they are not called Steelhead.
There are no members of the Salmonidae that live exclusively in saltwater. The Weakfish is often called a sea trout, but it is not in the trout (Salmonidae) family.

No I don't believe so at least not in Galveston Texas. I think the term steel-head is used in the Lake Michigan area.
