are there any bush bashers out there who actually voted for bush?....i am so sick and tired of seeing the bashing that goes on against bush only to find out that the person didnt vote for him to begin with.....why all the mudslinging?....hell there are lots of public figures i dont like but i dont bash them....arent we supposed to stand behind our president no matter who he is?...he is a human just like we are (remember, he doesnt soley control the decisions that are made, yet he takes the heat for them) and im sick of the conspiracy theories that float around in the twisted minds that start these rumors...its terrible....would we have thought to do this to any other presidents?...hell clinton told a bold face lie to the entire country on live television about the fact that he wasnt cheating on his wife!.....but people still backed him!...who was watching the country while he was watching monica?....how many get my point on this?

George W. Bush is a moran. He should be impeached, and tried, and convicted of high treason of the United States of America.

Speaking out against a presidents policies is not bashing. True, there are a lot of cheap shots taken at this president, the same way there were and are against the previous president. But that doesn't change the fact that there are a lot of people who are very angry with Bush and the direction he has taken this country. Issues like the signing statements, the warrant-less surveillance program, the Iraq war, are all significant issues, not conspiracy theories, and issues that Bush is absolutely, directly accountable for. I agree that we should stand behind the president no matter WHO he is. But that doesn't mean we should ignore WHAT he does.

Forget about ANY comparison of Bill Clinton's administrations to that of Bush's. Clinton's record as a Very capable, articulate, fiscally responsible leader wins hands-down! Ask if we are better off today than under Bill Clinton. The answer is a resounding NO!
Mr. Clinton did not conduct the affairs of this country solely on political climate to the detriment of the American people (Katrina).
Mr. Clinton's foreign policy was not incoherent and seemingly having emanated from the "Great wizard of Oz" and serving only Corporate interests and the religious right.
And as for you and those that are too hypnotized to see how we as a country are headed willy nilly over a cliff - with no rhyme or reason - we feel compelled to insist on changing the course.
We're fighting a war against a country that did nothing to us and was no threat(Iraq). We're spending 3 Billion dollars a week of borrowed money to fight this insane war. We've created a regional mess in the ME worse than what it was. And our domestic policies.......???? are non-existent. We hate to deny you a reason for feeling good about your vote - but support someone under Any circumstances? The Germans supported Hitler too. This practice of bombing the world for democracy is not the answer. We're making more enemies and the administration is bankrupt on how to deal with the threat. The best thing that they can do to vent their frustration for their ineptitude is to invent a flavor of the month Boogie Man (the Islamic-Fascist). If you asked an Iraqi Sunni or Shi-ite what that is,they wouldn't know what the hell you;re talking about.
And as a footnote: Mr. Clinton was not the only President to have a little sexual playtime on the side,he had very distinguished company: Thomas Jefferson,Dwight Eisenhower,Lyndon Johnson,John F. Kennedy and probably many more.

Actually, it's normal for us Americans to bash any public official. That's been going on since the days when Jefferson ran against Adams in 1800.
Even Theodore Roosevelt once said he considered it a citizen's duty to criticize the President. In his mind, how will the President know if he's doing a sucky job if people don't criticize? Back in those days, there were none of these silly Approval Rating polls that politicians now rely on.
Now that I think of it, today's Republicans ARE acting like the Federalists did back in this country's early days. Feel free to click on the wikipedia links below for more info.

no, bush is an asshol* no matter what. Sure many supported him in the beginning, but as time went on, all he did was make bad decisions and made himself look like an idiot. Bill Clinton is a whole different story, so what he cheated on his wife? At least he didn't let 1500 people die in New Orleans, or did nothing during the attack of 9/11. Bill Clinton is a GREAT president, one of the best actually. And Bush will never measure up to that, he should be impeached. He's had enough time to screw around.

I will always support whatever President is in office. Anything less is treason (look it up). After they leave office, they are fair game.
People are getting more ignorant by the day. They get bolder and speak without thinking.
People calling Bush "stupid" never seem to have the educational credentials that he has (Harvard and Yale) and everytime they call him a name they prove their lower status and lack of class.
People saying Hussein had no WMDs are just plain ignoring the fact that Hussein gassed thousands of Kurds. Again, they prove their ignorance.
People who call him names for sending troops to Iraq live in laa-laa land where nobody ever dies in a war. Of course this was a horrible choice to make but EVERY President in history has had to send troops into harms way.
People criticizing his tax breaks know nothing about economics, and I repeat nothing, and are ignoring the job growth index in the United States. States themselves lobbying big companies for jobs are bringing in jobs by the thousands - and States NOT doing anything to help their populations whine that the US isn't providing for them.
The overall feeling in this country is unfortunately that no one wants to take responsibility or accountability for their own place in life. They want to blame the President for everything that goes wrong on the planet. They have nothing to back up their claims except a few glib words from an opinionist here or there.
It's sad. We're in the midst of "dumbing down America" because the last President himself showed that he didn't have to take responsibilty for his own actions and set that horrible precedent.
None of the biggest complainers seem to live by the words of their usual "greatest president of all time" choice: "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

i voted for him in 2000 and have been pretty disappointed in some of his decisions and the results. it just seems like everything that the bush administration does is mishandled... for 9/11, i understood going after afganistan, but it is now obvious that there was no connection with the iraq government and terrorists. sure saddam broke previous resolutions, but bush tried to connect iraq with 9/11, which wasn't the case... then there was katrina, etc....

Two presidents, The first president initiates a bloody, costly, unending war on false premises and approves covert policies of illegal detentions, kangaroo courts, extraordinary renditions, torture and warrant less wire-tappings of thousands of Americans. The second president lies about hooking up with an intern. QUESTION - Which one should be impeached? Which one should be supported? Which one should be trashed, resisted and thrown away?

Very well stated! It does make you sick and I have never ever seen a President bashed like President Bush has. I did not agree with a lot of policies of previous administrations but we didn't go around acting in such a childish and immature manner as you are seeing today. The conspiracy theories are leftist propaganda and ridiculous.

Bill Clinton did not lie, he said he did not have a sexual relationship with monica lewinsky. If you look up the word relationship, one of the definition is, relationship "is an emotional or other connection between people". A bl0w j*b is not a relationship, and you all know clinton is a damn good laywer.
Bill is the Maaaaaaan!!!!!! I'll choose him over anyother pres out there. He's a good man!!
