Try standing on your head. Then the bags will be over your eyes!

If that doesn't help, try three things:

1) get more REGULAR sleep (the length of sleep is important, but not as important as the regularity of your sleep cycle...try to sleep the same times each day and for the same length)

2) try one of those froo-froo girly creams made for such a thing (cucumbers work too)

3) take some alergy medications (even common dust can be enough of an alergy that will make your face puff-up)

Don't expect over-night transformations! Give it a good week or two before noticing success.

PS- Do NOT use preperation H! Many people have done it, but there are dangers of doing this...

Good luck!!

There are alot of beauty products on the market that will help. Get an eye cream that states it works on bags. Otherwise, make sure you get enough sleep, elevate your head when you sleep and watch your salt intake. You can also try putting cucumber slices on the eyes. Of course, there is the old beauty pageant contestant way--Preparation H--this is not recommended--

If this is really chronic, see a plastic surgeon. They can do surgery to remove large fatty deposits, if that is the problem.

The first answer is the right one...sleep.
I am very close to a doctor, and she has had bags under her eyes from high school to the year after medical school when she decided to tour the world. When she got sleep, her hated bags surprised her by not being there.

Cool cucumbers or a frozen spoon will shrink the puffiness of your eyes, and after making use of and cooling a teabag, putting that on your eyes for a lengthy time period even as shrink puffiness and shrink darkish circles. a good nighttime's sleep as a lot as you are able to will also help. Concealer or cover up will cover the darkish circles and make it seem no longer as puffy. There are also products accessible which will shrink puffiness, in the journey that your prepared to pay.

Try getting so more sleep. If that doesn't work try putting on slices of cucumbers. And some times the gel eye packs work when chilled.

It depends on whether they are plastic bags or brown paper bags. If you said "plastic" and the bags are plastic then you should carefully peel them away. If you said "paper" and the brown paper bags are there, you may want to apply some warm water before removing them. LOL

The only thing that will truly remove your bags is plastic surgery. I know it's pricey, but it really works!
