Should I be alarmed that the mole may become cancerous later ? I mean, it's pretty big for a mole.

Get it checked out

See if you can remember how big it was a year ago. If it has grown quickly, you should probably have it removed.

Also if it is itchy, painful or bleeding, have it removed.

I have a mole as well. As long as you don't see any changes, like discoloration, bleeding, etc., you don't have to be to concern. Just continue to examine your breast monthly, if you see any changes, then consult your doctor, ok. Have a pleasant day.
