Unless the eligibility rules were different in the 1960's ( 10 yrs.) I'm sure they had several kickers.

They, of course, had several in that period the best was probably David Ray. In 1964 he hit 52/53 PATS and 12 field goals.

David Ray ? I can't remember names but in the 60's Arkansas and Texas had outstanding kickers too.
