My hair falls out all the time. I shed like a dog. I've found that brushing my hair several times a day has helped keep the hair from ending up all over my clothes and what not. But it's not going to stop falling out. Just keep taking your prenatal vitamins and wait it out. It'll stop eventually after the baby is born.

unfortunately I don't think there is anything you can do, maybe prenatal vitamins can help.

Having shorter hair makes it less noticeable though. When I had really long hair the first time I was pregnant, so much would fall out I felt like it was never gonna stop. But with shorter length hair it is not as noticeable.

What I used to do though is after I would wash it, I would comb out and remove as much of the loose hairs as I could so I could get on with my day without feeling like I'm going bald, lol.

My hair fell out all the time after my baby. The best way I found to deal with it was I bought a styling brush. The kind with thick bristles and air vents in the back. I started brushing my hair in the shower after conditioning. This stimulated the scalp which helps with hair loss, and gets rid of hair that has already fallen out so that it doesn't get all over everything. Hope this helps!

My hair falls out all the time. I have tried different shampoos but nothing works. Having children causes it. My son is 6 and it quit for awhile, but has started again.

When I was pregnant with my second child, my hair fell out very easily. I had to walk around for the longest time with bald spots and tried to think of ways to cover it(pony tail all the time). With my first, my hair was strong and was nice. It has to do with hormones and/or your nutrition. I feel your pain, and hope it gets better. Have a nice day!!!

it's not going to stop because it's your hormones making it fall out. within a year of having your baby it should be back to normal

If you are pregnant the hormones are making it come out, this will stop after you give birth and the hormones settle down.
