Is it wrong to have highlights or colored hair if you're Asian?

why do some purple people make fun of some green people? Its not about their race its about WHO they are and how they behave. Some girls are bitches, back, white, asian, any race you're gonna find a ***** in the crowd that will make fun of someone, not just asian girls with hilights.

That is like asking why do some asians start gang wars in white neighborhoods..... it is an unfair question. some people are mean. that's all. highlights if done right look very nice in all types of hair.

i dont know i just know if i had the chance to be with an Asian or a white girl with colored hair i would pick the Asian any day

No its not wrong! You should do to your hair whatever you like and not care what anyone thinks!! Especially some white girls who usually have fine limp/limo/straight hair with no volume!

I have never heard of people doing that, and I live in a very multicultural place. Are you just taking about one or two incidents and trying to stir up trouble?

I am white and I don't make fun of anyone. If you want highlights that is your right. Don't let anyone get you dowm. :)

I think it's just those girls you've encountered. Their just mean. It has nothing to do with them being white.
Just ignore them and continue to do your hair the way you like it.

because they look like skunks. just kidding... it's not just asian girls, it's ANY dark haired girl that tries to get real light highlights... it just looks bad. stick to highlights closer to your natural color. then maybe people won't make fun of you.
