I would replace the fuse, although it might look ok, it could be burnt out at the end.

since it is both back up lights, try the connection at the transmision, could be unplugged.
after that you might have a wiring problem, with the wire that goes there, are all your other wires ok? you can try slaving power off of your running lights to make sure the bulbs, fixtures are working.

It could be the reverse light switch in the transmission or a broken wire.

yep, reverse switch in the transmission. It's about the size of a sparkplug. It probably will run $20 and you'll be able to diy if you can get under the car safely.

I just changed one in my truck.

The switch on the transmission (usually) or on the shifter is what turns the lights on

Check your grounding system and of course the transmission switch.
