I love them, they have been a major source of income to me for 15 years now. I draw and publish cards with fairies, pixies, and elves on them. They are cool and fun.

I am at least open to the possibility of them existing until someone can prove they can't. There's just as much reason for a person to believe in fairies, elves, unicorns, etc. as there is to believe in gods. If it feels right, then believe, if not, then don't. All that matters is how you feel, not what others think or say.

In Irish Folklore: Fairies, gnomes, elves and sprites were very evil beings. They were said to have tortured farm animals, stolen babies, poison crops and burned homes. They were nothing like the "cute" fairies or christmas elves that we see them as today. People in those days feared them very much. Many people would pack up and leave their homes and belongings if they believed that they lived on "fairy" land. Do some searching about his on the net. Its really interesting.

of course they're real!!!!! faries are gardians. they help guide intelligent, faithful, loyal, mischeivious, and very brave individuals. gnomes are evil. they're evil and cause sooooooo much trouble.elves aren't as everybosy thinks they are. elves are creatures of good fortune and protection. they're not little midget dudes. they're actually just likie everybody else. sprites aren't as "cute" as they seem to be >< they're actually a type of pixie!!!! pixies, while being very short tempered, are extemely mischeivious. they cause nothing but trouble and never know when they've gone to far. they're soooooooooo ANNOYING!!!! they are everywhere. as are many other creatures supposedly only to exist in fairy tales. they're everywhere, people are just to blind to see. and if you don't believe me, look aroud a tree in a forest at night. you'll se elves, and faries living amongst each other in the woodlands. it's an awsome sight. i've only seen this once but, i haven't been camping lately. hope you learned a bit more about these creatures. PEACE OUT!!!!

You might like a book called "Life after Life" by Raymond Moody. Or try "The Girl with the Blue Eyes" by Jess Stern. If you're fascinated by the mysterious, these should intrigue you.

I think they are quite real as I have felt the influences of the fairy kingdom in my life. Try looking up some information by Doreen Virtue about the Elementals and working with your fairies :D.

Faeries and elves yes... Anyone who has ever ridden the subway at night knows about them...
I'm not completely sure about unicorns... If you do find one... DO NOT attempt to play leapfrog with it...

No, can't say as I do in spite of my irish heritage.
I keep running into fairies in the things I've been reading lately, and it bugs me that I don't understand the mythology OR how to pronounce sidhe.
I may have to do some research!
