all depends on how old they are...if they are 65 or older you can call 1-800-AGE-INFO....and press #2...SHINE....they give all the info on senior money mangement....if it's someone younger who is disabled....the State run place is in Cambridge....call info...it's something like DPCPH...department of personal care...oh man i can't remember...but call your local Department of Mental Health and they can also help you....or you can always call your local Free Legal Aide service...
