Are you asking if a set of twin boys each got a girl pregnant if the kids would look alike?
If you are then the answer is maybe. Cousins usually have some similarities in their looks. Of course they will have some of their mothers looks as well.
The bigger question is why are 2 teen aged girls having babies for a set of twin boys?
Having a baby is a serious thing, not a game or a toy. Accidents happen, but this doesn't sound like an accident. I hope that the child will be loved and taken care of properly, by their parents, not the grandparents.

it will depend on if both sets were identiical or not. if both sets are then yes they could look alike and the would have the same dna

No, because the father would be a different person right? so the kids will probably look like their fathers.
